Nehemiah Community Reinvestment Fund™ (NCRF) Loan Fund provides short-term, low interest loans to community- and faith-based organizations. Loans can be used to fund development of affordable, workforce and special needs housing as well as community facilities and economic development in low-income and underserved communities nationwide. Loans range in size from $25,000 to $750,000.
